We know everyone thinks they want a pool when they come to Phoenix in the winter, but even the desert sees lows into the 40’s! Trust us, you’ll appreciate (and use) our hot tub more than a pool. The hot tub use is included in your reservation - there is NO FEE TO USE OR HEAT it. Message us about pre-heating the hot tub before you arrive!

If you’re really craving a pool, there’s a nearby water park we recommend in our guestbook!

Phoenix 51 is in a great central location, about 10 minutes to PHX Airport & the Historic Downton Phoenix area. If you’re planning a golf trip, in town for the Waste Management Tour or Spring Training games, you’re just a quick drive away. There’s also lots of shopping - boutique shops, antique shopping & a high end mall close by. There’s lots of restaurants and we have recommendations waiting for you in our guestbook!

DOGS ONLY. Max two dogs per stay. No weight limit. Must clean up after pets. Must include pets on your reservation if you intend to bring them. Dogs must be kenneled if left home alone. If excessive cleaning is required, those costs will be passed to you. If pets are not included in your reservation ahead of time, they are NOT approved & can be grounds for canceling the reservation WITHOUT refund.

The home can comfortably accommodate 10 guests based on double occupancy in available beds. Must disclose accurate number of guests or appropriate bedding & towels may not be provided. By default bedding is provided for 3 beds (2 kings & 1 queen) unless more than 6 guests are registered for the stay. Any pets and/or visitors must also be disclosed ahead of time or can be grounds for removal from property.
